If you wish, I will accompany you from your current initial situation to the review of your new employment contract and beyond, e.g. until the end of your trial period in the new company. Let's tackle this challenge together!

TO GET TO KNOW
In an initial meeting, we will discuss your situation, your expectations and the scope of my consulting services. If the chemistry is right and my offer seems suitable, we start immediately after the offer has been confirmed. Our first meeting can take place in person or online, e.g. via Skype.
HER STRENGTHS
With the Gallup® CliftonStrength Assessment, we find out where your personal strengths lie. In a professional, narrative interview, we recognize your motivation, skills and experience.
STRATEGY
In the application phase, we focus on research and selection of suitable job offers. Additional ways of looking for a job, the effective design of your application documents and the preparation for interviews and their debriefing are now the focus. Together, we optimize your presence in professional online networks such as LinkedIn and Xing.
PERSONAL ACCOMPANIMENT
Optionally, I will accompany you in the initiation phase in negotiating and agreeing your new employment contract and support you in examining it.
If you wish, I will also support you in your new position as a coach in the first few months.
